SHIPPING POLICY
Handling/Preparation Time
Allow up to 1-3 business days of handling time after the date of purchase to prepare your shipment. This handling time allows Chigah Sports to delivery your order accurately and safely. After your order is prepared, it will be shipped in the next scheduled shipment (see “When and how do we ship?” below)
How do we package shipments?
If your order contains individual cards, they will be placed in a team bag and a bubble pouch, then shipped in a bubble-mailer. If your order cannot fit inside a bubble mailer securely, then it will be shipped in a box with appropriate packing materials to ensure safe shipment.
When and how do we ship?
All shipments by default are shipped via USPS first class mail in a bubble mailer. If first-class mailer is not a valid option, then it will default to a flat rate USPS priority mail box. Arrangements for UPS shipping options can be made PRIOR to order if agreed upon.
Shipments are made every Monday and Thursday. If your order can be shipped quicker than that, then we reserve the right to ship on any day of the week. If a holiday falls on Monday or Thursday, then shipments will be delayed until the next business day.
When will my cards arrive?
Once your cards have been shipped via USPS, you will receive an e-mail with shipment address and tracking number to your registered e-mail address.
USPS does NOT guarantee speed of a shipement or delivery date, but has estimated delivery 1-3 business days after postage is accepted and scanned. Delays in delivery MAY happen due to, but not limited to, severe weather conditions, holidays, staff shortages, and unforseeable circumstances.
If your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please CLICK HERE or E-mail ChigahSports@gmail.com with the order number, tracking number, and contents of the package. An investigation will be opened to determine the status of the shipment.
Can I insure my order?
Yes! If you would like to insure your order please E-mail ChigahSports@gmail.com BEFORE shipment has been made to arrange insurance. Please include the order number, item that you are insuring, and the amount you want the package insured up to.
If your package is not insured, Chigah Sports is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages within the USPS or UPS system.
